September 14-October 3
Four Georgians Elementary School will be conducting the 3rd Annual Raffle Fundraiser from September 14 to October 3, 2018. Drawings will be held on Wednesday October 10th during Walk to School. The money raised will be used for many projects and activities that occur at the school. Here are a few things we spent funds on last year: $1,288 on flexible seating; $1,306 on school field trips; $1,526 on PE equipment; $2,818 on school activities such as summer library, Geography bee, everybody makes a difference and much more; $606 for Para-Educator supplies; $303 for Functional Life Skills cooking; $1,125 for classroom supplies; $750 for teacher appreciation; $738 for PTO school events; classroom startup funds for new teacher; and much, much more thanks to all of you!
A letter and tickets will be sent home on Friday September 14th. Please help your child or young friend with our campaign. Sell to friends, family, neighbors, and people at work. We would like each child to try and sell at least 10 tickets. Last year we raised almost $17,000 and our new goal is $20,000. Tickets are $5 each, or 5 for $20. Additional ticket books are available in the office.
School-Wide Contest: The class that raises the most wins a party.
